Welcome to Rever Tours LLC. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before booking any travel services with us. By booking a trip, paying a deposit, or utilizing the services of Rever Tours LLC, you ("Client", "Passenger", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Agency Role and Third-Party Suppliers
Independent Parties
Suppliers are independent contractors and are not agents, employees, or representatives of Rever Tours LLC.
Supplier Terms
All bookings are subject to the specific terms, conditions, and limitations of liability imposed by each individual Supplier. Rever Tours LLC is not responsible for any Supplier's failure to perform, breach of contract, or financial insolvency.
2. Bookings, Deposits, and Payments
Reservations
A booking is considered active only after Rever Tours LLC receives the required deposit or full payment and issues a confirmation.
Pricing Fluctuations
All prices are subject to change without notice until a final booking confirmation is secured and paid in full. Rates may fluctuate due to fuel surcharges, currency exchange rates, or Supplier price adjustments.
Payment Schedule
You agree to strictly adhere to the payment schedule provided at the time of booking. Failure to make final payments by the specified due date may result in immediate cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of all deposits.
3. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
Agency Fees
Rever Tours LLC reserves the right to charge a non-refundable administrative fee of $350.00 for any trip modifications, changes, or cancellations requested by the client.
Supplier Penalties
Cancellation and change penalties are dictated entirely by our Suppliers. Many travel bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will only be issued to the original form of payment once Rever Tours LLC receives the funds back from the respective Supplier.
4. Travel Documents and Identification
Client Responsibility
It is the absolute responsibility of the Client to obtain, verify, and carry valid travel documentation. This includes passports, visas, transit visas, vaccination certificates, and any entry requirements mandated by the destination country.
Passport Validity
Passports must generally be valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended return date.
Name Matching
The first and last names provided to Rever Tours LLC must match your legal government-issued identification exactly. Rever Tours LLC is not liable for boarding denials or name-change fees resulting from inaccurate information provided by the Client.
5. Travel Insurance Disclaimer
Strong Recommendation
Rever Tours LLC strongly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected financial loss. This includes coverage for trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, emergency evacuation, and baggage loss.
Declining Coverage
If you choose to decline travel insurance coverage, you acknowledge that you assume full financial responsibility for any cancellation penalties, out-of-pocket medical expenses, or losses incurred during your travels.
6. Limitation of Liability and Assumption of Risk
Excluded Liability
Rever Tours LLC shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, financial loss, delay, inconvenience, or irregularities caused by the acts, omissions, or negligence of any third-party Supplier or unexpected events.
Force Majeure
Rever Tours LLC is not liable for disruptions, delays, cancellations, or losses stemming from events beyond our control. This includes acts of God, war, civil unrest, strikes, government restrictions, weather anomalies, pandemics, or natural disasters.
Voluntary Participation
By traveling, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with international or domestic travel, including safety, hygiene, and local health conditions.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Jurisdiction
Any legal action or dispute arising out of these Terms must be filed exclusively in the courts located in Irving, Texas.
